They ran the SS that ValuAmerica used to schedule their signings - for which many many notaries were not paid.

Latest offer for BofA harp refi loan, $70 with edocs and faxbacks of 100 pp. No thanks.

Remember all the notaries who were stiffed $40K in 2013 when Amanda and Jason Kirkish failed to pay notaries for their VA closings, closed their doors and went to Cancun? bought a speed boat, enhanced augmentation of Amanda's breasts? One of the most brazen ripoff artists of this decade in this industry by a slimy signing service.

No thank you, Valuamerica.

I am in their system. I set my minimum fee with them. I don't do much for them. The only time they call if they can't find someone cheaper. This way it cuts down on calls from them since they know in advance what I'll cost them.

After requesting ValuAmerica to remove me from the database for many reasons

1. Putting my credit card on file with open authorization. Not happening
2. Sending out mass emails to notaries saying they have reason to believe our work environment is not secure with clients personal information! Excuse me?
3. I have never done or will never do any assignments with this company.

In general; very suspect company. When it doesn't feel right; it's not

I had a negative experience with them, they contacted me, offered a signing, I accepted; we agreed on a price, they asked me to send over all of my notary documentation, including an involved application.I then discovered they offered and received an acceptance from another, less expensive notary. I gave up another opportunity that called in after this one. I call this dirty pool. Be advised.

Not a big fan just because of how much work it is. I've only had a couple. They are the absolute biggest set of docs and the last one I had, had 59 faxbacks and 12 signatures each to be notarized! All for the whopping sum of $95.00, which was the highest they could go. I like the company that sends me out, Pac Doc, but they do tend to be on the low side. I have never had a problem getting payment from them.

I've had the same signing cancel a couple of times for ValuAmerica, so next time they call to reschedule, I think I may already have an appointment at that time ;)

They're OK. I've never had a problem with them, & neither has my Notary friend in another MD county that does a lot of work for them.

Yes I have done closings for them a while back through National Loan Closings. I don't hear from either of them anymore and don't really miss them-huge BOA loan packages and up to 60 days to get paid.
