Performed an error free signing on 8/3/15 after numerous requests was finally paid on 9/27/15. They are SLOW PAYING. Ryan Hassami sends emails showing him as Operations Manager when he, in fact, is the owner. They low ball and slow pay. I highly recommend NOT doing business with them. They get paid at escrow close, just like everyone else, but state that they pay within 30 days. NOT!!! Don't do business with companies like this who use current receivables to pay old fees owed. Anyone smell "Ponzi"?

I did a job for them on 02/22/2013. I still had not been paid by 04/19/2013, basically 60 days. I called them and Mr. Ryan Hissami expressed sincere concern and noted that his records were showing that it had not been paid. He asked me to fax him ANOTHER copy of the invoice, which I did immediately. That was three weeks ago.... I still have not been paid. Because I knew the borrowers quite well I wanted to give them a little break. Like a fool, I lowered my fee by $25, and then, it hit me that this signing company was not going to pass that break on to the borrowers. Duh! (Notary lesson #345). So, not only did they make the extra $25, they are scamming me out of what I did charge. I am so mad... going right on my "Never Work For" list.

I have worked for Signonservice.biz once. Last minute closing, met my fee, took 60 days to pay. Package was for a manufactured home so quite large and lots of things to notarize. This company is on my "maybe" list.
