I have been working with Donna at Nations Direct Settlement for 4 years now and have performed 109 closings for them. Have never had any problems regarding payment from them. Always been a pleasure to do business with. Sometimes may go a month or two or three between closings but then other months will do several for them.

I would recommend them to any notaries

Hello everyone. What would be a fair fee to charge them for a 155 page signing considering x2 copies to provide to their client as well...total of 310 pages. Assume signing to be within 10 miles radius. I'm a mobile notary in Dover, Delaware.

I haven't had the pleasure of working with them yet, but I was referred to them (or they were referred to me) by a fellow notary who raves about them and they are one of her favorite companies to work for. She says they are wonderful, pay well, pay quickly.

I received a called from Donna last Wednesday. I did a signing for them. There were 155 pages with 12 notarizations. I'll let you know if they pay on time.
