Offered $45 for Debt Settlemet assignment, absurd.

Worse, the sign up package mentions they send a required to be worn "name badge" - and that I must ID myself as their "agent".

Told them I require $150 - IN ADVANCE - that's the most effective way to earn the desired posting to their "do not call" list.

Usually I don't post issues that I have with companies I work with but this one truly takes the cake and I feel that it deserves to be shared.

Please beware of this company as they will only want to pay you a $15.00 print fee if the borrower backs out. I was scheduled to do a double closing for this company. I was told I needed to print the docs by 8:30pm the night before and let them know that I did. So I did and the whole package turned out to be over 760 legal sized copies. The next morning (the morning of the scheduled closing) I get a call from the borrower saying they were not happy with the interest rate. So I contact PSS. They in turn say they are going to pay me a $15.00 print fee for both which would be $30.00. Excuse me but my cost almost exceed this amount. We are talking 760 pages (which is a ream and a half) of legal that now that I am out the cost of paper, toner, and my time getting things ready, not to mention a HUGE block of time that I am out of. Now I am going to have to get these shredded and that's another $10.00 expense to me.

So they came back and said they would pay me $20.00 per package....but still that doesn't cover my time. I am so done with this company and all others that don't really care about their notaries. I work to get paid, I don't pay to work

Now they have added 14 extra pages from the law firm all with light grey background on each page, meaning more toner for absolutely no reason. Also the rate to mail goes up another buck or so. Seems petty but it all adds up. Im done with them on these debt settlements. Not worth it, had one for today and they need it mailed tomorrow, 5 days before Christmas they want me to go to the Post Office and wait in line for 2 hours, forget it. Plus that paralegal thing will come back and bite ya at some point.

Well they haven't changed, they treat you like it was your first signing. Confirm you received the document, confirm you printed the same, call when your are leaving your office to go the, call, call on arrival, call when completed. Makes you feel like you need a note from mom pinned to your chest in case you get lost.

Then i noticed some of the info was missing on the documents, nothing import and just the interest rate, number of payments, you know small things. When I called them, I get told there was something wrong with my system, I wasn't up to date on my PDF software. That they can see it just fine on the copies they sent to me, but admit that the same problem with other signers has occurred several times in the past. The HUD forms were populated properly and everything else with the exception of the deed and note. Naturally the borrower refused to continue, and requested a reschedule. I called in and was told that it was my fault that the document didn't fill in all the blanks. They told me to go to an office supply and have the correct documents printed at $1.00 per page. When I returned to my office I checked my software. All versions were current. I drove fifty miles, printed 160 pages of documents, and spent an hour at the signing table with the borrowed, and professional settlements is paying me nothing!

It seems that they have turned into a "Nanny" company. Last year they paid well and left you alone. After doing nothing for them for some time I just did two jobs. The fee was low and lots of phone calls.

I just quit this company. I couldn't take it anymore. I was in a signing and they called me 6 times in less than 60 seconds to check to make sure I had everything I needed for their signing. It was very embarrassing to me and very distracting to my signers. I felt harrassed and my signers looked at me like I had a stalker ex-boyfriend.

The pay is too low for all their phone calls, faxbacks on every file, and mailing the paperwork back on my own. Enough is enough!

They met my price, fair amount of phone calls, paid in less than 30 days.
