I just received a check from them for a closing done on 3/11/2020. Today is 8/7/2020. That is 5 months, totally unacceptable. Previously I received a check on 8/1/2020, it was for two jobs done on 11/8/2019 and 2/19/2020. I am no longer accepting jobs from this company. Worst pay ever.

I work with them, but very seldom do they pay without a reminder. I paste a letter with a list of signings and also send a copy of my invoice for each signing that is overdue. I usually am paid within 24 hours of sending the email. I attach the collection e-mail to the latest confirmation of the signing, so it has the file number in the subject line.

I have worked with Nationwide Signing Service for 4 years. I have found them to be exceptional in all areas, and a pleasure to work with. Never an issue with scheduling, payment or support, and the people wonderful. It's all good.

I have been doing quite a few signings for this company since they are local to my area and have not had any issues with payments. Sometimes it's a distance to drop the docs to their designated drop location or to Title, which adds to the bottom line, but overall they are great to work with.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
