I scheduled one for the 11th today and checked their website as they're the first new vendor not to ask me to register with them. I noticed that contact name and phone numbers were different. Email sent to me was from Yenny with a "y" last name Delaquila. Email address was yenni witn and "i". When I called both phone numbers on the website, the first one said "mailbox full" and the second number was no longer in service. Hopefully there has been a staff change and I'll go through with this as it's in my town and is short and sweet. She agreed to my fees and promised to pay before the 10th of next month.

To be fair with xp notary closings, we did receive payment on February 22nd which we appreciate. It's not so much the wait for reimbursement as we do understand it can take time, what was bothersome was they did not return phone calls or e-mails until Feb 19th, after we made this post.

We handled a closing for XP Notary Closings. The signers took a few days to confirm their appointment however, we kept XP Notary apprised of our attempts via e-mail and the appointment was kept, the signing transpired without incident. We charged them a ridiculously low fee to accommodate them. We printed out all of their forms including client copies & returned the package to them in a postage paid envelope that we also provided containing the all of the pertinent papers as well as our invoice and a complimentary calendar. It has been past thirty days. We have not been paid, they have not answered their phone, they have not returned any of the several messages we left on their recorder and have not answered any of the emails we sent to them. We are still waiting patiently. Not very pleased with this company.
