I just wanted to update that I did get paid (took 40 days), but I did have the follow up to check on payment. IMO, we should have to follow up for our payment.

Hmmm I just Googled them. It looks like this must have been a structured settlement package?

Hello fellow notaries. Has anyone else done business with CBC Settlement Funding?? I completed an assignment for this company on 08/12/2011 and send my invoice, but was told that the client is going to pay me. I called the client and he can not pay me, and neither I, nor the client, was ever told before the signing that the client will have to pay me. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company or had any other similar request from any other company. Thank you.
