I have worked for several Signing companies for Loan Depot. I ask for my normal fee and I keep hearing that Loan Depot doesn't pay them very much for these signings. They never want to pay over $100, and that they are just breaking even. The docs are typically over 150 pages per set. Has anyone else had issues with being told this, that Loan Depot pays low? OR am I getting scammed by the signing companies?

I have had 2 loans for them through another signing company. The first one did close but they gave me one set of instructions and told the signer something else. But it closed and I got paid. The second one the Signers refused to sign TWICE. I'm still waiting to receive printing and travel fees for that one.
