Well, its interesting that there are so many bad reviews, however my husband has been working with them a lot. He has been paid promptly in four figure amounts every time. He did say the gal said there was a company in 2011 that went bankrupt and she didn't want him to think it was the same company. Hope that clears things up a little.

BEWARE!!!!!!!
Received a call. Can give me a lot of work. I told Shawn "The notary boards are not very kind to you" I am not thinking I want to play ball with a deadbeat."That was in the past. I had some problems. They are all resolved. I am running ahead of my payments. I assure you there will be no problem." Shame on me for having a soft heart. One day it will get the better of me. I am now trying to collect payment. Emails unanswered, phone goes to voicemail. I should have listened to my gut. I am going to contact the lender on these to be sure they are aware she does not pay her bills. Do not listen to her sob stories, you will regret it.

Did a closing for her a few months ago, after trying for 4 months to get a payment, I Finally received a check, and on Friday I received a notification from my bank that their check bounced!!!! I will pursue legal action If They do not pay.

I remember when I accepted this call, they screened me, asking me all of kinds of questions regarding my experience, etc. We should start asking these companies the same questions are self!

Companies who not pay their notaries should be out of business!

All I can say is beware of this company. I had to send a 30 day demand letter before Donna Nelson paid me. Full of excuses. Will never do business with them again.

I performed about 4-5 closings initially for her. She only paid after I threatened to pursue legal remedies. I would strongly advise against accepting any assignments from this Company.
