I never even call a company until it's 60 days past the signing date UNLESS they specifically state in the confirmation that payments goes out the following week or such.

You shouldn't complain on this board over a slightly past due invoice, it's childish. When you posted this message, the invoice was about 45 days past due or so. Obviously they paid you eventually likely within 45 days just like the rest. Don't abuse this board to damage agencies like that. Some agencies commonly pay within 45 rather then 30 days due to cash flow and systematic procedure issues. It's your choice to take the job or not.

Did a closing for them the end of July. Still waiting for payment. Sent 2 emails and they did not respond. What's up with that? No common courtesy.

When I called Trevor back and apologized that I wouldn't be able to accept the signing because of the non-payment issues that are on the notary boards, he did NOT sound surprised. Just told me he'd find another notary and for me to have a good day.

I offer the alternative of immediate PayPal payment when they have a poor payment history. About 1/3 accept; presumably to "fill the job" for their client.

I worked for them early in 2011 and they paid within 45 days. I just received three signings for them thinking they had already paid this year but confused them with The Closer. In any event, will report back if there are any problems with payment. I don't expect payment within 30 days, this will be a good tester for other notaries to see if they are trust worthy so I'll definitely report back good or bad.

Sincerely yours,

Notary's Life

I have done a couple of signings for this company this year and have no trouble at all. They pay about 45 days after the closing.

Not sure of their address but I think they are from Kentucky. Any feedback would be appreciated.
