Got to love the internet! I just emailed them a second invoice and still no response. I found the 'manager' on facebook. Apparently this company likes to hire drunk college girls. Everybody has to work right?
I could have guessed....misspellings in previous emails, unprofessional phone manner, etc. Bad business in general.

Thanks copperhead. I did look them up but the other N3 company was based out of California. I figured they were a different company.

Anyway...I have the finance company's info they get business from if push comes to shove. They also have a BBB on their site. I can complain to them as well.

They have a very poor payment reputation on the Notary Rotary website (see Signing Central section of that website). Always check out a company before doing a job for them - I've turned jobs back after accepting on the road, only to get home and look them up to find out about their poor payment rep! I also log their number in my caller ID as a no-no company. I log the good ones in my caller ID too. Keep bugging them to get paid. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Has anyone worked with N3 Nationwide Notary Network?
http://n3notary.net/

I did a job for them 4 weeks ago. They must have called me 6 times on that day. They were unresponsive with questions I had regarding their 'notary pack' they sent (it was missing the w9 and possibly an application as stated in the email).

I scanned a w9 I already had and sent it over with an invoice. It has only been 4 weeks but their lack getting back to me with past questions concerns me. It's not only unprofessional but rude. Has anyone worked with them before? They are out of Portland, Oregon.
