Last Summer, I was sent to complete a set of docs in Mohave Valley, AZ. Our Summers are VERY hot. It was at least 100 that day. I found the property with minimal effort. Very Rural, unpaved roads, no street addresses (normal here) but the gate was open and I drove in. The two signers were dressed like Ma and Pa Kettle in all the heat! We stayed outside on a small, old restaurant table to sign the papers. VERY hot. There were chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, dogs, cats, goats, etc., roaming all over!! The signers were so cute and friendly but I had quite a time keeping the geese from pecking at my legs and the turkey kept eyeing me from a few feet away. The signers kept telling the animals to behave and stay away from me. Didn't really work. "lol" I work in a very unique area to travel through, as you can see.
