Ocean Pacific is one of the best signing services. Pay a fair fee and in 30 days.

I have done several assignments for Ocean Pacific. It is true, they required f/bs on my first assignment only. I never was asked again for f/bs. As I explained on my "Free for all" post entitled "Fax Backs" I am okay with the first signing f/bs. If the board gave fair reviews to this company then I don't think that is too much to expect, especially since they pay promptly. That is hard to find, so don't be too quick to judge. I feel their pay is fair and I found them to be honest and pleasant to work with. Sorry you were disappointed.

I received an email late one evening promoting a "possible assignment" for the following day. I have never worked for Ocean Pacific, and researched them on the boards. After several back and forth emails through the evening and early morning, I was sent the assignment. What was not made clear on the initial assignment and fee offer, was the requirement of fax backs of several documents. When I replied I would accept along with an additional fax back fee, Gina DiPriest quickly rescinded the offer, stating that was only for "new" notaries.
Although I found Ocean Pacific to have generally good ratings on the notary boards, I would think a reputable signing company would expect to be charged for fax backs by a reputable signing agent. If signing companies expect us to trust them for payment, it is a bit puzzling that she balked at such a standard fee request.
