Low ballers, 90 days to pay and they cancel often.

Have gotten calls from this company, usually in the early AM (doesn't any one on the east coast know there is a 3 hour time difference to the west coast?) They agreed to my fees, said they were sending the confirmation and then it never showed up. When I have tried to call them the call goes to a FULL voice mail. WILL NOT WORK with these morons!

I did a signing for ISGN in June, I am still awaiting payment. Would it help to call the lending company and let them know that they are not paying their notaries? It is so frustrating, I travelled 48 miles round trip, plus the printing of 2 packages. It is just so wrong that they take it out on the little guy. I have called and emailed them over 15 times, and continually get, the check will be mailed out on Friday! Ugh.

I have done multiple signings for this company. They are probably the latest paying company I have worked for but if you stay on them they eventually pay. I wouldn't recommend this company if you want to get paid within 2 months.

I accepted a signing from ISGN, Melborne,FL, on 9 Feb. the customer refused to sign due to errors on the HUD, I called the contact number and relayed the info. the agent told me to submit my invoice , I would be paid. On the 20th of Feb a new doc package was ready, this time the signing went as planned and I submitted another invoce. I called on 20 March to inquire about my payment. 1. They said my W-9 was incomplete, the same W-9 that 57 other compainies pay me on. Then they said they had no record of the first signing.
I sent them copies of the work orders and called again, this time we are playing the someone will get back to you game.

Payment was late. Calls and e-mails requesting payment are ignored. Had to get lender involved to get paid.

ISGN is an overseas company that has US Headquarters in Bensalem, PA. Not only have they acquired Richmond, but they also bought the FiServ family of companies in the last year or so.

They are reputable and I would recommend escalating it to their US office. The negative comments, from my assumption, are for companies they have acquired. Just be sure you know which brand you are working for when you accept the order. Their site is www.isgn.com.

Jill, be sure to check them out on the notary chat boards. Many recent reports of non-payment on Notary Rotary.

They merged from Richmond Title. Experience with Richmond Title was always positive.

Has anyone ever heard of or worked for ISGN. They called and asked me to submit registration packet to sign up with their company. I don't see anything on here or on Notary Rotary.

Thanks.
