I am no longer in business.
Tricia Odierna has issued payments for her closings directly to notaries contracted through my company. She is not the point of contact for all closings as she did not contract any notaries for my company. All closings issued to my company did not solely originate from her office.
I am not in a situation to issue the payments for outstanding invoices at this time but as soon as I am in a position to do so, I will.
I apologize for the delays. Thank you.

If you are looking for payment from Vikki Gutierrez of Superior Closings and haven't been able to reach her, call the title company. Attorney Tricia Odierna, Esq. did pay the invoice by the week's end after the deadline had passed and no response from Vikki. She's located in NY and her phone number is 631-433-4937. She was good to her word.

Posting this update - I have been in touch with the lawyer Tricia Odierna. She told me that she has paid Vikki Gutierrez for all of the closing I have performed in. She would like to stay involved until all payments are taken care of.
Not to long after this phone call, I received an email from Vikki saying that she was sorry she had not contacted me personally and that she could not afford to pay me in a lump sum,but that she would pay me my monies over time. No set time period - just over time. We'll see what happens from here.

Hello everyone. Just an update for all involved with Superior Closings. I would like to share this email I received from Tricia,
"Hi Vincent, please go onto the two notary sites and post something for me….please post that if anyone has done a closing for me through Vikki and has not received payment to please email me at todierna@ctcsettlement.com so I can address with Vikki, thanks for your help.
Thanks and have a great day!"
So please contact her through the above mentioned email. She has promised to stay on top of Vikki until payments are made in full.
I have not yet received any payment from Vikki, but I am hopeful.

Vincent, if you have proof of all this you should be filing complaints with the regulatory agency in the state where the title company is located together with the bar association in Ms. Odierna's state. Key word = proof. Make sure you can prove it and, if you can, start filing those written complaints.

Superior Closings owes us for 2 signings we performed in Sept 2010. Tried to call her this past week at 813-451-1255 but her number goes to voicemail and that the mailbox is full. ALSO, Aileen Quetglas is also associated with Superior Structures in Tampa. I was able to contact her at 813-884-2636. After speaking directly with her, she said she'd have my payment issues resolved.

Vickie Gutierrez called me for a signing job and after reading the boards here, I declined the job. I told Vickie the Notary Boards were not in favor of working for her company. She didn't seem at all outraged by my statements.
I'm hoping I did right in declining this well-paying signing. Does anyone else have any futher info on Superior Closings? |

Yes, I am very sure. She called and also emailed me using Superior Closings Inc and using the name Vikki Gutierrez which was started in mid aug. I paid to check on the number I recieved the call from and it is listed to Victoria Ruiz. Yes I have seen the company listing with the name of Aileen Quetglas and if you look further that name is an alias also. All I am saying is be careful.... If you use the company's email it will be returned. Also spoke with a few title companies and I feel confident these two are one in the same...

Be very careful this company has just opened as of mid august. This is again Victoria Ruiz who had Prosignings Proficent signing and 1 touch All of which did not pay !!!! She is using a new name as well.... Vikki Gutierrez...... BE CAREFUL !!!
