Just receieved payment for two jobs completed earlier this month. They have me doing mostly 10 page loan mods so they don't pay as much as a full loan signing. However, the amount they offer is more than fair considering docs are mailed to the signer instead of eDocs.

Weird thing is I signed up with this company over a year ago and only now have they started using my services. No matter, I hope they continue to.

I have done several closings for this company, always paid quickly. But now I am having an issue with a closing I did for them 2 months ago. They called me and said they desperately needed the Mtg Acknowledgement redone because they lost the original. Heres the thing, I went out to redo this once, a week after the original closing date because that Acknowledgement was lost (On My Dime, I did not charge them). Now, 2 months later they say it has been lost AGAIN!. Now, they want a blank Acknowledgement sent to them.. I told them, no problem, send me back the original mtg and I will redo the Ackn, they said sure, they emailed it to me..(with the Ackn).. I told them repeatedly I need the original, not a copy.. I am now getting 5-6 calls a day for 5 days Pushing me to send a Blank Ackn!! All I want is the ORIGINAL Doc mailed to me, I will redo the Ackn and overnight it right back, Problem solved!, They won't or Can't send it to me, and they wont pay me to Redo the Mtg Signing with the client!!..HAHAHAHA I'm done with them!!

I signed up with UST several months ago but heard nothing from them until recently. I completed two closing within the last 2 months and were paid within 30 days.

I haven't done any for UST Global for about 3 months, but have done several overtime and have always gotten paid. A little late once, but paid. Love working for them.

I had completed their application, new vendor package and got it right in. I haven't heard a thing from them. Now after reading the reviews, I'm starting to get concerned.

Personally, whoever is trying to 'sell' these loan modifications is not doing a good job over the phone. So far...one 'no-show' and one cancellation. Would you believe I got yelled at for the cancellation? Sorry lady but I do not get paid to do sales for you over the phone.

I got paid in exactly two weeks. My loan mod went very smooth - no issues.

And you're right - your job is not to sell the signers -

A thought - don't waste any more time - type up a quick note reporting the signer's no-show - fax to them with your invoice for services rendered - wait for payment. If no payment received...well, you know what to do..:)

Same here. $40 dollars for a 21 mile trip. She talked me into into it...promised me more work in the future possibly for more $$ etc. I just left the signers home. She was not there for her signing. Will keep you abreast if I get paid or not.

I have done several modification agreements for this company and they are very nice to work for. The pay isn't very much, but neither is the paperwork. It is a good filler and you can usually set your own appt. They pay within the standard time frame.

I have read several posts about this company on the NR forum.

Yoli says -- was paid in two weeks and had a generally good experience.

UST Global was reported on NR to be a foreign corporation incorporated on 8-19-08 registered in DE, with a main office in PA with a president Vijay Padmanbhan located in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Has anyone else had any type of experience with UST Global?
