This is a title company. There are ways to collect - you must be assertive and exhaust every avenue. Research what governmental entity is responsible for regulating this particular company and file a complaint against the registered agent for failure to live up to his/her contractual obligations. Title companies must also post a bond in order to do business - file a claim against the bond. Sometimes faxing the company a copy of the formal complaint will compel it to suddenly be forthcoming with payment.

I also completed a closing for this company in June, 2010. They have not paid me either. I have left several messages for Joyce and Jerry and have sent several faxes also. Please do not use this company because they DO NOT PAY!

I finally got paid. Be persistent, contact everyone involved except the borrower of course. Let everyone know your intentions including contacting the title insurance governing agencies involved. Good luck. I will NEVER take another closing from this company!!

You are not alone! I did work for them back in July-- all I get from them is "the check is in the mail." I am out my time, printer ink, paper, and gas. They should be ashamed of themselves. I called weekly for awhile, then I started emailing. Still no check. I guess they don't think I have bills to pay.

Completed a closing over 90 days ago and have been trying to collect for 2 months. Have been told several times the check was going out, the check went out, blah, blah, blah but no check! Getting ready to take legal action since it appears that this company has no intentions of paying. FYI
