Here is a link to LSI Title Agency's review on 123notary.
I think they have the best review of any company on the list.

LSI out of CA and PA are both good companies to do business with. Pkgs. are clean, a reasonable size, no confusion, no surprises and they pay on time.

<< You will get calls from National Vendor Solution also which is LSI.>>

What? I don't think this is correct. National Vendor Solutions is a signing service in Florida - they are affiliated with Netco and Mortgage Investors Corp.

I have done several jobs since changing name. I have had no problem getting paid. I did with old company. The emails come from els@lsi-lps.com. You will get calls from National Vendor Solution also which is LSI. I sure hope this helps.

Me too - did one for the PA office - got check at 30-day mark..

Waiting on payment for one out of the Santa Ana office for second closing - will be at 30 days next week - paid a very nice fee for out of county, BofA package - no faxbacks...only thing with this one is it was on a Friday night and I sort of got hung out to dry (a first for me - has never happened before) - no answers at any of the numbers for a question on the HUD - LO wasn't responding either...thankfully the borrowers decided to just sign and contact the LO on Monday, so a done deal for me.

I'd work for LSI again - they're easy to work with and packages are usually very clean.

My understanding is that LSI has an east location in PA and a west location in CA. I've done many closings for the PA office and I've had no issues with LSI. Not the highest paying company, but docs are almost always early, you do not have to invoice them, and they pay on the 15th and 30th of each month like clockwork. You should receive payment approx. 30 days after the closing.
