I'm always happy to hear from this company. I've done several closings for them and everyone I have dealt with is very professional and never an issue getting paid in a timely manner.

I have been working for Avenue365 for some months now and have decided that they are so good that they are the only company I am currently interested in working for. If all companies were as good as them, I'd be happy in this business. They pay $100+ for signings, NO faxbacks, they pay in 2 weeks, they are also a title company and have excellent and knowledgeable communication, friendly, sane and their packages are clean. A lot of same-day stuff but never send me far. Frankly I'm thrilled with this company. Can't recommend them enough. Seriously.

I just did a signing with them the other day and it went really well. Friendly, professional, offered me extra money for printing an extra large package, no fax backs, paid me $100 +$25 for extra printing. I found them really nice, now just let's see when they pay me. BTW, a woman who did a signing agent seminar I took here in Chicago said she works for them a lot and likes them.

I also got the same email with a signup packet from them. It seems like a lot of hoops to jump through for a company that nobody has ever heard of before. I always scour the internet when a new company pops up to solicit my services and couldn't find anything about them. I typically even check the Better Business Bureau... they got nothin on them either (at least when I last looked).

I received an email solicitation from them in Feb 2010. Their sign-up packet required me to sign a contract that stated that I agreed for them to conduct a background check on me, the cost of which they would deduct from payment for services rendered (no mention of the cost of the BGC, by the way). Additionally, the fees listed were shockingly low for everything from signing, signing with edocs, resign less than 50 pages, resigning more than 50 pages, only added $25 to the paltry signing fee for a piggyback loan signed at the same time ($25 just covers my print fee alone, so I'm supposed to sign and notarize the loan for free???).

Then, there was a list of seven possible fee reductions, including a $25 deduction if you arrive late to the appointment. With all the possible fee reductions, you could end up owing them $$ for the signing! In my area, traffic can be very unpredictable - one accident on the main hwy can completely mess up your schedule because there are very limited options for alternate routes. The morning and afternoon commuter traffic here is unbelievably bad in the summer because we also have all the travelers on I-95, so no way am I going to agree to a $25 deduction if I run a little late due to traffic!

I emailed them back thanking them for their interest in my services, however I would not be signing up with them because I could not agree to their fees and some of the contract terms. Never received a response, which was fine with me.
