Their website is still up, so I'll assume they are in business.

I believe Nationwide Closing Connection and Sandy are now out of business, I am attempting to collect through the title company.

I did a closing in Aug. 2009 that I have yet to be paid for. Sandy basically gave me the same story, that business was slow and there was no money to pay the notaries. She said I will eventually get paid (this was in March). I am not holding my breath.

I would caution all not to work for Sandy Belanger at Nationwide Closing Connection. I am owed for a January closing she has never paid. Excuse was business was slow. She has long been paid from Title for these closing and she is refusing to pay notiaries. In my last conversation with her she indicated she may file for Bankruptcy unless she could find job herself to pay back notaries, basically for the money she has stolen. Stealing is wrong! The actual address is Mid Bay County Line Road.

I did a closing for this company in April. They have not paid. When I sent the delinquency letter the address given to me was not proper. I tried to contact them several times but only receive voice messages. I would not do any signings for this company. The address given to me was Rhodes MI
