Yes...they pay on a 60 day cycle as do some other companies. If you are busy, a professional and keep your pipeline going that should not be an issue. Have worked with them for years and generally a positive experience. Yes they have that Liability form but is it no more of a minor task to fill out and fax/scan back. Other companies are much more difficult to work with then these people and I will continue to work with them.

It took over 2 months for me to get paid. I had to call and email them several times about payment. They kept telling me they needed me to send in a form to get paid, which I had done the same night of closing AND 2 mores times after that. I emailed it and faxed it. It was very irritating. I will never work for them again.

I have not worked for US Certified for some time. But Michael, Stephen, and staff were always a pleasure to work for. Paid me in a timely manner too.

This company must treat their notaries differently. They still have that ridiculous Notary Liability List and I'm still waiting for payment from 3 signings in early September. I'm surprised at the rave reviews as well........

I received a call from US Certified Signers 10 days ago for a signing that evening. When I got home I looked them up on 123 Notary and saw all positive reviews. Now I know why. Their instructions were clear, the signer was well informed and I received payment in 10 days! What more could a notary ask! I hope they call me for future assignments, this is the way a signing should be.

I have been a very succesful Notary Public for the past ten (10) years and I am certian, US CERTIFIED SIGNERS is absolutely the Best in the Industry. Their standards set the bar for the rest of the signing companies. They have been a great help to me over the years so I value their relationship. Their paper trail is perfect as is they fantastic method of payment which is always fast and so appreciated as sometimes I have to wait 90 days from their colleagues. They are very special! Their fax backs are few and right to the point, no need to send an additional invoice, sometimes by then you have already been paid, no kidding. They are always fair to their Notaries so never is an adjustment ever needed to their quotation. If they don't contact you, contact them, you will be pleased.

This company has been one of my clients for several years and they are a great group to work with. I have even kidded Steven and Michael that they sound so much a like that they could be brothers! Love working for them. They never hand hold or have a bunch of "rules" that you have to follow. If you do your work right, they will use you over and over.

US Certified Signers have always been a pleasure to work for. From the point of being offered a signing, to getting paid.

The last few calls which have been within the last few months, I was either booked, or it was out of my area and regretfully had to turn them down. Hope they keep trying me

I have done one assignment for them. It was a simple grant deed and paid well considering it was one notarization and only 4 miles of travel one way. I got paid in 22 days.

As ALWAYS just opened my check (second one this month) from US Certified signers. I've been working with Michael and Stephen for three years and have NEVER had a problem with any payment. I wish all my signing companies paid me as regularly and quickly as Michael!

These guys pay right away and are so nice and apprecietive of me. Thank You Stephen and Michael!!!!!

IMO you should know the full story behind the person not being paid before you go calling them names - and no, that person is NOT incredibly incompetent. And my understanding is this company is NOT the wonderful entity you believe they are. Good luck to you and glad you're happy - but it's not like that for everyone.

Note: I've never worked for them so no personal experience here...just a lot of listening...and I trust in those who have gone before me.
