When Doc Pros called today, my caller ID says "Doc Pros no no no". It's been ages since this company called me, I really didn't remember why my phone ID said "no no no" I just kinda brushed her off. She called me back a short while later and pressed me to do the signing. I explained to her that while I did a signing for Doc Pros a while back, there was something about this company I didn't want to work for again. She explained they have "revamped" the whole company and they are in much better shape.

Martina seemed genuine and I accepted the signing. Martina told me it was a refi. It was a PURCHASE! There were over 300 pages incl. BRs copy. I will talk to Martina and advise her my fee for purchases is higher than for refis. Will advise.

That's suprising to hear. I've been doing signings with them since 2007 and have never had a problem. They pay 30-45 days out.

I'm so sad to hear that! I did two esignings for them back in December. They met my fee and paid on time. I had no problems at all.
