Did my first and only signing for them in July, 2011. I was told payment would be mailed out at the end of September. So far, nothing. I emailed Scott for payment status this weekend. Since he seems to have a good rapport with notaries, I look forward to hearing back.

I've worked for them, enjoyed doing so - usually speaking with Ed or Scott. They're both a Settlement Agent and also acting as signing service for others. I think "SingleSource Select" is the SS moniker.

I recieved a call 5/12/2011 from Single Source Pro. I had no info
at all about this company nor chould I find any. I was busy at the time, and there was some question as to how far the clients location was from our location, so I got a phone number, agent extention and went to check out there clients location. Five minutes later I called the number given to me only to fine that the number was a fax number. So I sent a fax, and got no reply. I later also dailed the number that came up on the cell phone as the caller ID number and got no answer. All the calls came from the Penn, area. Anyone know this company.

Many changes in vendors in last couple of years. Jeremy posted something about half of the vendors that had ratings about 12 months ago seem to be out of business now. And, it looks like many NSA's have gone on to other things as well. It is amazing how many inquiries from schedulers begin with something like, "are you still doing closings?" But, I still see a few recognizable names within my service area and a slew of new ones on the various sites.

Thank you Vince. I've been doing signings for about 12 years, but took a couple of years off for another job so I am kind of out of the loop with some of these companies.

It's good to be back in the game....even if it is just part time.

They pay on the 15th of the month following the closing similar to Service Link. Reports are that many of the packages are foreclosures and purchases.
