Watch out for Bilingual Notary Network. They pay with Verify Valid/Deluxe echecks. If your bank won't take these checks you will not get paid. I drove over 6 hours round trip after they promised they would use another form of payment. NOPE, I request payment they send me another email with a VV check I can't cash. They REFUSE to pay any other way.

I just got a call this morning from this agency to do a Debt Settlement. I agreed since I was free. However, when I received the docs, it stated that I had to act as a Field Representave of Nationwide Debt Direct and, one of the documents I was to notarize referred to me as a Field Rep. I called them and told them that I could not put my seal on that document, that I could attach my California Acknowledgment and that I did not feel at ease saying to the client that I was a Field Representative.

They immediately told me not to worry, they would get someone else to do the signing.

Things have cooled off quite a bit since the beginning of the year with this Company. I had 14 signing in January, a few less in February and March has been dead.

On the plus side, refinance business has started to boom once again.

By the way, Bi-Lingual Notary is a franchised operation. The one I've deal with is in Texas. They pay +30 to 45 days.

If you are looking for info on BiLingual Notary Network- I think they are out of Arizona, I'm not sure of the city.

I have done a few loan mods for them. The company was great to work for- and they paid well and within 30 days.

I would definitely work with them again.

Have any of you heard of this company? They just contacted me with two signings in the next few days and stated they got my name from "123 Notary".

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks and have a great New Year
