Many companies advertise listing services to folks that have advertised here and a few other places. A quick check on notary phonebook reveals that not very many notaries are signed up with them in your area.

Most schedulers try and use sites that offer them more choices than one or two notaries within a twenty five mile radius and then stick with ones they have no problems with. Sites that are used by schedulers most frequently try and make certain that they appear on Google and other search engines on the first ten to thirty choices when a word like "Notary" is entered. I believe this is an excellent site to advertise on and I noticed you are already on at least a couple of other great sites. Good luck with your marketing efforts!

Copperhead is right. Do a thorough search on all these new companies. If they do not have a proven track record you need to be careful. You may just be throwing money down the drain.

Do a search on the site for notaries in your zip code or county and see how many come up. It will probably be pretty sparse and the site itself is likely not utilized by any title companies or even the general public. I pass on all these "opportunities".

I have only three websites that I am willing to pay to list on, and 123Notary is one of them.

I was not sure which topic to put this under, so I will try here.
In the last few days, I have gotten a couple of e-mails asking me to try out a website called Notary Phonebook. For $29.99 per year, you will get an ad space on their website. Has anyone heard of this site and does anyone use it? Is this a site that will just take our money or is is one that could be worthwhile?
Just looking for some other opinions.
