I did a refinance closing for Dave on July 8, 2014. He met my fee and was very professional and paid in 33 days.

I finally got the email However, just found out that the TC assigned the job to another notary in the area and Secure Signing has yet to notified me.

I sent a response to their email that I would like to have my name removed from their database as this is not how business is handled.

ANOTHER company that notaries should beware of.

I just received a call from Don requesting a signing in Hampton, VA for $65. I declined as this is below my normal fee. He agreed to the fee only if I could assure him nothing would go wrong with the signing. I assured him that the notarization would be done correctly however if the borrower's had issues beyond my control that would be handled by the LO. As we was talking I checked the company out on 123 Notary. They had a few bad reviews for non payment or very slow paying. He told me to watch out for the email. 15 minutes passed and no email.

I guess I should be "GRATEFUL" for no email.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
