Have you been able to get anywhere with collecting what this company owes you? I did not get any help from BBB when I attempted to report them.

Did you pay them a visit? If so, what happened? Did you get paid?

I have three closing I haven't been paid for. I get a fax machine noise when I call.

Since there are so many people not paid by these jerks, you would think we would be able to sue them.

I have two addresses for them and will be paying a personal visit today.

Be aware of this company - they do not pay. I did two signings for them in May. Made several calls to James, as well as faxed invoices and statements. James promised payment. I still have not been paid. I sent demand letter certified mail, return receipt requested and gave them until August 7th before I took action and I have not heard anything from this company. I have filed complaint with the NC Dept. of Justice. BBB did not accept my complaint. ". . .The case has been reviewed by one of our Complaint Specialists and was found to contain issues that are out of the BBB's purview." I cannot file complaint with the NC Dept of Secretary of State, Notary division, as this is a company and not an individual. Any suggestions what else I might be able to do?
