Happy you had a good experience with them. One of the officers used my signing service and he agreed that whether the loan funded or not, or if it was a no-sign they would pay the signing agent fee if the signing agent went out to the borrowers.
Borrowers were unhappy with paperwork, nothing was what was agreed on. After long telephone conversation with their loan officer they decided not to sign. As per my agreement with signing agent I paid the signing agent the agreed on fee. Central Escrow never paid. Repeated invoices were ignored, in fact the e-mailed invoices came back after a while saying unable to deliver due to full mailbox.

This is one company I would not do business with again. Other Title companies I am contracted with pay the invoice whether the loan has closed or not - and it is a reduced invoice as I only invoice the amount I pay the signing agent when it is a no-sign. I do have to wait a little longer to get paid on the no-signs but I do get paid.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid.
