I finally called the TC and they called them and about 10 months after the date of service I received payment... Didn't expect it at all, but I did keep at it, every week, calling emailing and faxing my invoices. I even faxed my invoice over about 15 times in a row once, and email the same way. With enough nagging, you may finally get paid...

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET PAID FROM THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES PROVIDED IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER OF 2008. I EVEN CONTACTED THE TITLE COMPANY AND AS YET HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I THINK THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS BECAUSE WHEN I LOOKED AT THE WEB SITE OF THE TITLE COMPANY, THE CONTACT FOR ACC IS NOW WORKING FOR THE TITLE COMPANY.

Received payment five months after closing took place. I will no longer work for this company. Really had to chase my payment.

I have been waiting 4months for payment on a closing with this company. I will no longer accept any jobs from this company and would not recommend them.

Just did a closing last month. I am sending them the 30 day request but according to you I probably won't receive any response. I can only follow up with my standard 60 day letter and report them to the BBB and State Insurance Commissioner.

Does anyone else have any outstanding invoices from them? I have been waiting on payment from this summer. And they gave me the run around for the past three months and now won't return my calls or emails. Does anyone know if they are still in business?
