I called the court and that is incorrect. I'm filing my claim today and I will let you know what happens.
Note: Last date to file claims is 12/31/2008 according to the court's voice information system. |

Mercury is the parent company that owns Lenders Choice Title, along with several other companies.I filed my claim using that information as well.Hope this helps.

Ok I also have a claim against Lender's First Choice out of Simi Valley, CA but I am just a little confused with your post.
I have gone to the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Colorado and downloaded the Proof of Claim form. Where I am confused is your reference to Mercury Company, Inc, Case #08-23125 Tax ID 84-1008321. Are you saying that this is what should be reference specifically on the form instead of Lender's First Choice? and if so, why is that?
We would appreciate a rapid reply so we can get our claim form filed by 10/10/08. |
