If the loan cancelled, I would bill $50 for a service fee for time and work...if not to the SS, to the lender/title. Check with the lender/title company and see where and to whom your service fee for service can be billed? I would have to reply and ask if your service and Notary work was in question, as you maintain a fee for time and service provided which is valid.

Do you have the ability to check if the dot/mortgage was recorded? I've read of some companies using that excuse when in fact the loan did close and the SS was paid.

I have been trying to get paid from Notories Express since May. I am now being told that the loan canceled and they do not pay. We put out time and money and then get nothing. Please don't work for this company unless you want to work for free...

If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
