It seems they require a lot of fax backs and don't tell you up front just expecting you to know. I took one at 9:30 am for a noon signing. The guy called back to let me know they need fax backs immediately after the signing. I told them that was abnormal that we have schedules out on the field and I was nice in not charging them extra for my time. I ended up cancelling on them. They need to be upfront about fax backs and any details I would need to know instead of blind siding someone with additional requirements.

Sincerely yours,

Notary's Life

Have done a few closings for them. Payment tends to come slow (I think they only mail payments once a month), but they're very nice, are quick to send out docs, and quick to respond to any questions.

I just did 4 Closings for them last month. I will let you know how timely their payment is. I like not having any fax-backs on any of the 4.

Would work with them again if needed.

I've done a few for them recently. You can't reply to their very long confirmation email (a lot of ALWAYS and then NEVER do's). I always reply when borrower is confirmed, especially if I recieved the signings days earlier. And then you have to wait for a call to print your docs. And since both of mine went down to the wire, I guess it was a little frustrating since you get an 'upload' email then have to wait to print until they call.

I hope they still pay timely!

NOW Closings is one of the best companies I've worked for. I've done over 60 closings for them, they don't quibble over the fees, they always pay, and they're very professional to work with. Thumbs up!!!!
