I did a notarization for them in summer 2008 and have not been paid.
Their website is still up and running. I had to drive quite a distance to do this for them.
Probably never get paid
Positive note: There were some good yard sales between my home and the signers home.

I did a signing for Notary Brothers on 9/11/08, and I started looking for my payment about a week ago. That's when I realized that they must be out of business, after researching the diconnected phone number on line.... It was for Last Will & Testament and was only $50, but it took me quite a while due to witnesses and gatherering everyone together at a person's worksite....I had done signings for them previously and been paid well within 30 days, so this was not expected....I know that it was connected to Legal Zoom, as the client mentioned them, so maybe I will try to contact them.

I did a signing for Notary Brothers in July,2008.
I have yet to be paid and now they are out of business.
Is there anything that I can do?

They get some of their leads from legal zoom. I've handled a couple of jobs for them and they pay promptly.
