See my post of 6/16/2008...they are out of business per title company...I'll repeat my post here..

Company out of New Port Richey, FL - closed - out of business. Had a signing for Laura on 4/26/08 and never received payment - faxed reminder on 5/29/08 went unanswered - have been unable to get through to her via telephone and got message this morning that number was disconnected. Contacted title who told me she had advised him last month that she was out of business - told me "you're not the only one"...

I sent my certified demand letters out today to her, her company's registered agent and the title company. She has ten days or I'll start suit.

In the last 3 years I have done countless closings for this company. Very pleasant to work with. Pay well and usually within 30 to 40 days although the last two took longer and I had to call to prod them. Laura is a real easy going professional individual and well organized. Before returning docs she requires the notary to fax back key docs, usually signature and notary pages and after reviewing them calls or e mails the approval to ship docs back. I recomend LDC highly.
