Diversified is horrible with paying notaries. Closed for them in April, didn't get check until July. Had to call, email, fax invoice (3 different times). Not worth the aggravation.

I just called about an unpaid invoice from July 31 signing. Was told by Patti that she does not work in the office during the summer and she has received the invoice that I sent supposely to a wrong fax number that was provided by Diversified agent and that she would have to get the amount authorized because she did not have an approval for the amount. I am so pissed, with these companies. I am going to start requesting money upfront by overnight courier or hold documents until money is received. These terms has to change. Notary Signing Agents need to group together and stop this insanity. Tired of no payments, late payments, pay when they want to and low fees. No more leaving driveway for anything under $125.00 base and extra for copy charges, fax backs, late charges, NSF charges, whatever else I can come up with since all of the companies is putting to the screws to US.

Glad I found this post - Pichon, they apparently ARE still in business if we're talking about the same office - I just got a call from them for a signing tomorrow night - they wouldn't meet my fee...the call came from Phila Suburb, PA (215) 781-1900..
Hope this helps...

Yes. I did work for them in October and have never received payment. Tried calling and emailing to no avail. Someone said they were out of buisness. |
