I got called for an emergency signing for this company. They goofed and didn't send documents. I had to call to let them know when I was getting close to signing time that they still hadn't arrived. Jeri couldn't have been more grateful. Then, they gave wrong contact number. Clock ticking. Finally got everything and dashed to appointment. Unfortunately, in package I missed signing of copy of tax return and got signers to sign a document on which they did not want to provide further info. Signatures in these circumstances generally reflect acknowledgment of receipt. Jeri of ATS called me out as being an incompetent notary, told me that the title company would not pay my fee and was getting a different notary to fix the errors. By the way, the title company happened to slip in some additional docs for signing when notary went back out. ATS said they would give half my fee (which was a discount in light of the emergency and problems). I will never work for these people again. BTW, no pay yet.

Yes, a little slow on payment delivery. Other than that, great customer service and pleasant to work with.

They are slow pay. Did a closing on 7/7/09. They said check was in the mail but haven't received it yet.
