Report them to fbi.gov website and click on internet fraud. When I filed a complaint on the site, the fbi form asks if there were any more victims of fraud. This guy,Todd Ballou, has another active website that appears to be searching for notaries. He was very nice to me after they closed(working two jobs to pay everyone blah blah blah) UNTIL I became a bit more demanding. I insisted that he pay me, even if it was a partial payment each month. He never responded again. His company still has a positive BBB rating, which he shouldn't. I reported him to the FBI website for fraud since he was paid for the service that I provided. I also reported him to the BBB in his area. I don't know if any of this will help but he should make some effort to pay us.

Does anyone else have an outstanding invoice for this company? I filed a complaint against them and they asked if there were any more victims. I filed it as fraud since they have been paid for my services and failed to pay me.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
