Never a problem. Low pay though - 65.00 a closing.

Piece of cake if it is close by. In Honolulu we sit in traffic all the time and I can't travel 1-2 hours for a $50 signing. They refuse to pay the $75 I ask for.

JP, I can justify accepting $50 bucks for 15 minutes of work. My town is 1/2 military and is only 2 1/2 miles long, so the farthest closing for me for Navy is less than 5 miles round trip. Like I said in an earlier post, I would close these all day. No printing of docs, 1 notarization, about 20 pages max. In and out in a jiffy. Borrowers are well prepared and always, always sign. No questions, no calling LO, TC. To give you an example, I had one scheduled at 8pm. My husband was getting ready to take a shower. I left the house and was back before he finished shaving and showering. He couldn't believe it. He told me to call that company and give me hundreds of them. lol Believe me, they are worth it.
I don't accept what they offer for re-fi's though. Only 1 time did they meet my fee for a re-fi miles away. They don't want to pay much for them at all.
Hope I have convinced you that they are worth doing if they are close, very close. They pay like clockwork also. |

Haven't done too many for them, but no complaints at all.

Ditto for me also. I can get extra from them if I tell them mileage, but for the most part I only do the ones I am driving past on my way to and from work. I have about half of the borrowers that don't want me to take the package they drop it themselves, which saves me even more.

I too am doing a closing for Navy Federal Credit Union. I always ask for more when it is far away...I just got my approval for $75. It will be fast and easy. I like them for the shortness of the loan package. |

I completed a couple of signings for this company back in 2006. They pay quickly, but not much. I have turned them down in the past year, because the signings they have asked me to take are 50+ miles away, with no increase in compensation. |

I would do Heloc's for Navy Federal all day. They are only 15-20 pages, in and out in 10-15 min max. I only take the ones in my town. They pay $50. |

I did many signings for Navy back in the day. The pay was good then. I would not work for them today as they only want to pay $40.

Ditto to what everyone else has said about Navy Federal. I have done maybe 30 of these over the last few years with no problems. I love it when borrowers are so comfortable with a company that they just want to sign as quickly as possible. I'm ususally in and out in about 10 minutes. |

I do signings for Navy Federal, their signing usually take all of 15 to 20 minutes and even though there fee is low they always pay. |

I do alot of signings for Navy Federal and I will sign as many as they throw me. Their fees are small but so are their loan packages. (No Printing). They call me often and pay me fast. Navy loans are the only loans I sign for a small fee of $50 to $65.

I do many NFRES signings. The reason their fees are low is because there are no fees to the borrower. I will only do a signing if it is very close but they pay on disbursement and are slways fair and can reach a fee agreement for long distances. I will sigh for them anytime |

They're definitely in business, have super-small packages usually sent to the B, but they don't pay enough unless it's really, really close to home. I have to turn them down regularly as they seem to me have a 'one size fits all' mentality and 2 miles or 80 miles are the same to them. |
