I have been closing new construction loans for them during the first half of this year. I have found them to be disorganized in that the title company doesn't get the docs to you on time. I have finally begun to take other closings during their time and try to work in the builder closings to fit my schedule.

Haven't done many for them, but when I do I have to negotiate the fee. And I really dislike having to invoice them with their invoices at the end of the month, then wait almost a month to get paid.

For $45 or $50 I only do my city. If it is further away, I charge them extra. Either they pay it or they will get no one to do it. They almost always call back with my demand approved.

What a joke we have to beg them for the cheap $40.00 fee they "say" they will pay! I would never work for LoanClosers.com again. 25909 Pala Suite 320, Mission Viejo,CA. Whether I get paid or not. The client ...a Chiropractor was even rude. My time is worth more than that. But I had to learn it the hard way!

I've done closings for them. They are one that doesn't pay very much, but I've never had any trouble receiving payments. Some companies just take 45-60 days others less than 30 - just depends. But I was paid! And don't recall any negative circumstances.

I did loads of work for them a few years ago. They always paid cheap and I constantly had to call for it.

I did a job for them in January and 1 in February. I've made 3 calls and each time they do answer and tell me I'm going to get paid. Today I was told the check for both closings was mailed last week. Here's hoping............

Mission Viejo, CA. Not to be confused with "loan closers". Has anyone worked for them? There is another post about them on the forum, but doesn't keep it clear which company it is. Therefor a new string is in order.
