IMO, don't worry-that is most likely something that won't raise too many eyebrows. If you have all the other information as tidarod suggests then you'll be fine.

I don't think so. I'm not a lawyer but I would say the ID info, signature, thumb print, date, and document notarized is the most important info. I think the fee is more for your use than anything else.

Greetings all,

I gave a deposition 2 years ago in a matter where one side of a family was challenging the other after a gentleman made changes to his trust. Now 2 years later it is going to court and they would like me to appear as a witness. My only error is that I did not put the fee on one line. This is in California. Should I be worried?
