I was called by this company for a closing and a complete fax back. They agreed on my fee, I did the closing and then for 6 weeks let the invoice languish (My fault) When I emailed Gabriel, he responded the next day and promised payment forthwith. Got payment a couple of days later. Would work with these guys again.

I accepted one signing from this company. I did get paid - but it was a difficult, long process. I would work for him again only if he paid in advance.

Booked assignment, said would PayPal, then just faded away. Not an email or call. Suggest you make calendar entry ONLY when payment is received; and tell them that during the initial (only?) call.

UPDATE: Called 7:45AM about 9:15AM assignment. Claims to have made error in PayPal payment. DOES pay fee online. Suggest you monitor your incoming payments carefully. Not sure about this one.

These people will use any excuse to not pay for services rendered. "Stay well clear"... They will promise the world, such as on inital contact, state that they make payment for services rendered witin 12 days. When no payument has been amde for 20 + days, and you contact them, then the excuses start flying, and they range from the sublime to the rediculous. IT IS BEST TO JUST NOT ACCEPT ANY ASSIGNMENTS FROM THESE PEOPLE.
