Debbie was very nice and came to our home at the last minute and took care of our documents.

I previously gave a negative review, but it was due to a misunderstanding on my part. I had written down the wrong date, and we very upset when she did not show. I would like to change that review, but do not know how to go about it.
She was a few minutes late, but called ahead. She was very fast, but thorough. I found her to be very polite and professional. We would love to use her in the future and hope my earlier mistake does not reflect poorly on her.

Notary's responses:
I received a call from Rhiannon Bishop on 1/27/2015 to do a signing on 1/29/2015 I did confirm signing time and address on 1/28/2015 and did signing on 1/29/2015.

Debbie is an excellent notary. She notarized multiple Affidavits for us at medical offices. I would recommend her services without hesitation. Quick, efficient and Great Communication!

Used Debbie Locatelli on Dec. 18th for paper signing in Sacramento - she was over an hour late to the signing but she did call to say she was running late. We spoke with her the 2nd week of January and scheduled her for some additional paper signing on Jan. 14th. We Fedexed the papers to the address she gave us. She did not show up for the appointment, she did not call, she has not returned any of our text messages, emails or phone messages. We have asked her to just return the paperwork but she has not. We are very concerned about the private information contained in the documents we sent. Very very poor business practice and seriously unprofessional.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
