Megan helped us with our closing on an out of state investment property, she was so helpful! Really organized and knowledgeable, was able to clearly explain what each form and document was. Definitely will work with Megan again. Highly recommended!

Megan Gou was great. Professional on time and fun. Made signing papers from a title company fun and relaxed. Usually boring and tedious.

It was a pleasure having Megan assist us with our loan documents. She was on time, very organized, efficient, and pleasant to boot. I think the whole process took only 15 minutes. I recommend her without reservations!

Megan was absolutely wonderful to deal with on signing our loan documents. She was on time, very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. As a real estate investor we are also in need of notary services. She was excellent and I am recommending her to realtors we deal with on a consistent basis and the fact that she is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely important as this area has many Chinese buyers and sellers. I highly recommend her for providing exceptional service.

Megan was AMAZING to work with! We were up against the clock closing on a loan in Minnesota and needed something from Cali. She dropped everything to make sure we were able to close and would never have closed without her help!!
THANK YOU

Megan was a very professional notary, we called her the last minute to get a travel visa notarized for my kids who are leaving the next morning with their aunt. She was very accommodating and willing to working around her schedule to fix us in. Highly recommended and will definitely use Megan again in the future.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
