I was looking for local notaries and was excited to see if I can find someone who can do a notary presentment. At first she was pleasant, but when I politely declined to answer her question of what a notary presentment was, her entire toned changed and she said "Okay,Bye," in an unpleasant manner and I wasn't rude to her in any capacity. This has honestly made me skeptical about using this site. I appreciate the time she spent taking the call though.

Vinceretta (Vince) scheduled a notary service same day (late in the day), showed up exactly on time, was friendly and professional. In addition to performing her notary service, she helped double check all our documents and even helped with getting the package delivered to the UPS drop box on time. I would not hesitate to use Vince again and highly recommend her.

Ms. Reid did my refinance loan closing. She was punctual and very professional. She has a great personality and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the loan documents. I would highly recommend Ms. Reid to anyone that needs to have their loan closed.
